• A. All urgent messages will be delivered ASAP.
• B. Private mailboxes are available, at $21.00 for six months.

Propane tanks are to be placed by the edge of the road on Mondays & Fridays by 10:00 a.m. Remember to have your lot number on your tanks so they know how to come home. Propane is also available through the store for motor homes or walk-ins.

Let’s all be good neighbors and follow these pet rules.

• A. All pets must be under control and on a 6 foot leash at all times.
• B. Pet owners will remove all pet waste and dispose of in your garbage.
• C. No vicious or aggressive dogs will be allowed in the park.
• D. Barking dogs will not be tolerated in the resort.

To keep the resort looking better throughout the week, we ask that your raking be limited to Monday and Tuesday for removal on Wednesday. Please do not mix garbage or pet droppings within the debris.

Florida Law Requires A Sewer Doughnut on Every Hose Along With Proper Drainage Of the Hose From The Trailer to The Sewer Line.

The Seven C’s of Camping: Care, Caution, Courtesy, Cleanliness, Cooperation, Conservation and Common Sense. Remember the C’s when the kids are loud or when you’re cutting through your neighbor’s lot or when your dog is barking. Treat your neighbor as you wish they would treat you. Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. to 7a.m.
