All rates are based on 2 person occupancy

Six Month Rate
6 months + 1 day stay leaving your trailer on-site for 6 months $7950.00 no tax
6 months + 1 day stay taking your trailer when you leave $7050.00 no tax
Special Note for 6 month rate: If you should leave under any circumstances before your 6 months stay is complete your rent would revert back to the regular rates and tax for however long the stay.

Deposits
RV Daily $50.00
RV Weekly $200.00
RV Monthly (Deposits applied to final month) $500.00 


RV Sites are Pet Friendly.

Dead Storage
Daily $9.00 + tax
Monthly $95.00 + tax (no electric) or $120.00 + tax (with electric) + you pay your own electric

• To reserve a specific site, a 6 month reservation is needed.
• Deposit is applied to the last month.
• Cancellation requests made at least 14 days prior to arrival date will be charged a 10% fee. All other cancellation requests will forfeit entire deposit.
• There is an additional 12% sales and bed tax.
• All rates include water, sewer and trash pick-up.
• RV site check in and check out is 1 p.m.
• All rates subject to change without prior notice.
